The ICC, International Criminal Court in the Hague claimed that the warring sides committed over 1,200 crimes in the war-torn Donbas. This was mentioned in the annual report on the hostilities in Ukraine, recently released by the court.

Prosecutor’s office still looks into claims that Russia has been controlling the armed militants. If the hostilities are considered an international conflict, the ICC may investigate these crimes.

The office mentioned that over 10,000 people perished and another 25,000 sustained injuries in the conflict.
