OSCE plans to hold a special meeting of the Permanent Council on the situation in Avdiivka. This was reported by the press service of Ukrainian Mission to OSCE in Twitter.

“OSCE Special Permanent Council meeting on Avdiivka will take place today, on 31 January,” the message says.

The meetings of OSCE Permanent Council take place every week in Vienna.

Earlier it was reported that 25 000 civilians remain under attack in Avdiivka. 524 of them are pre-school children, 8900 pensioners, 402 persons with disabilities and more than 320 orphans.
