The Ukrainian side of the Joint Control and Coordination Center stressed that the militants "grossly violate the norms of international humanitarian law."
As we reported earlier, in 2019, the Ukrainian side of the Joint Control and Coordination Center (JCCC) of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line in Donbas processed 880 applications for the provision of the repairs and replacements of damaged infrastructure as the JCCC informed on Facebook.
Only 41% of the applications were supported by the occupation authorities of the Russian Federation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
