From the evening, on April 9 until the evening on April 11, the OSCE SMM observed almost 600 violations of the ceasefire regime in Donbas. Particularly, in the Donetsk region, 367 violations were observed as the daily OSCE SMM in Ukraine report states.
In the Donetsk region, the Mission recorded 367 ceasefire violations, including 80 explosions (13 shots and 67 explosions of undetermined origin). The majority of the violations took place not far from Betmanovo and Vesele. These violations are tied with small arms toward the drone of the SMM.
In the Luhansk region, the Mission recorded 224 ceasefire violations, including 78 explosions (five bursts and 73 explosions of undetermined origin). The majority of the violations took place not far from Popasna.
Earlier, the representatives of Germany and France in a joint statement outlined their positions in connection with Russia's absence at the OSCE meeting, where they wished to receive an explanation from the Russian side about the concentration of its troops near the Ukrainian border in Donbas and Crimea.
