Monitors of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine reported movement of tanks of Russia-backed militants in Luhansk region. The mission’s press service said that on Wednesday morning.

The three T-72 tanks were spotted not far from the occupied village of Uspenka, 23 kilometers to the west of Luhansk. The combat vehicles were located beyond the division lines, but not in the premises designated for storing vehicles and weaponry.

Besides, OSCE observers said 11 MLRS ‘Grad’ that belonged to Russia-backed militants were not on their supposed locations in Donetsk region; therefore, they were re-deployed.
