Earlier, Secretary General Antonio Guterres said the UN is not likely to reach consensus on the deployment of peackeepers in Donbas any time soon. "There is a wide variety of opinions about what kind of mandate and what actual role could peacekeeping forces play in Ukraine. It is unlikely that the agreement will be reached in the near future", the official said. He added that the UN stands for saving of the Normandy format and living up to Minsk agreements.
