On October 12, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission observed 51 units of weaponry at four training grounds of the Russian occupation forces in the occupied territory of Luhansk region. All these weapons were placed outside the designated weapons storage sites, according to a daily report by the OSCE SMM of October 14.
"The mission recorded combat vehicles in non-government-controlled areas of Luhansk region, including ones located in residential areas," the statement said.
Nine tanks of unknown origin were found at the landfill located in the area of Ternove settlement (57 km east of Donetsk). Another nine tanks (probably T-72) were spotted near Pokrovka settlement (36 km east of Donetsk).

"During the discussion on the mutual release of detainees, Toni Frisch, the OSCE Coordinator in the Humanitarian Group, said that Ukraine had provided a list of four categories of such persons," reads the message.
