The observers of the OSCE SMM including the Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug could not pass the road to Svitlodarsk due to the danger of the explosion. The OSCE SMM reported this at Twitter.
