On June 28, the special observation mission of OSCE reported 442 violations of the ceasefire regime in Donbas combat area. 394 of these occurred in Donetsk region. This is mentioned in the everyday report published by the OSCE SMM in Ukraine.
Most of the ceasefire violations took place not far from Betmanovo settlement, Donetsk region.
In Luhansk region, the Mission claimed 48 breaches of the ceasefire. All of these took place near Zolote settlement.
Earlier, Ann Linde, the OSCE Chairman claimed that the conflict in Donbas is one of the largest threats to European security.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Parliament passed the law about canceling fines for leaving the occupied territories of Donbas via the Russian territory. 292 MPs endorsed the document, with 226 necessary to pass.
The bill foresees that Ukrainian citizens who live in the temporarily occupied territories of this country will not be facing any penalties for administrative violations if these concern the entry or exit from the occupied territory of Ukraine - "as long as such law infringements occurred due to the reasons of humanitarian nature".
