115 cases occurred in Donetsk region. That included three explosions of uncertain origin. Most of the violations took place near Svitlodarsk and Mayorske.
In Luhansk region, the SMM reported 95 violations of ceasefire mode, including 15 explisions. Most of the ceasefire violations occurred not far from Zolote.
Earlier, Russia stated that residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, who received Russian passports, would participate in the 2021 elections to the State Duma. This was stated by First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Issues of the Commonwealth of Independent States Viktor Vodolatsky.
"State Duma deputy Viktor Vodolatsky stated that more than 600,000 residents of some Luhansk and Donetsk regions have already received Russian citizenship in a simplified way," the statement said.
At the same time, the self-proclaimed "Donbas People's Republic authorities" stated that Donbas residents with Russian passports "along with all Russian citizens can influence the political life of Russia, determine the directions of its further development, exercising their right to vote.
