According to the OSCE observers' estimates, the militants' reinforcements have recently been equipped, or are being built near Dovge settlement. This is stated in the report on the OSCE mission website.
OSCE observers reporded an armored personnel carrier, a trench excavator and three infantry fighting vehicles in areas beyond Ukraine's control.
In addition, in uncontrolled Ukraine by Ukraine Myrne settlement the mission's UAV registered 30 tanks, 7 self-propelled howitzers, 6 towing howitzers, 9 mortars, six anti-tank guns and 56 infantry fighting vehicles.
Also there were registered six trucks, each of which had installed anti-aircraft gun (OU-23, 23 mm), 14 armored vehicles, 3 armored repair and evacuation machines and 3 engineering demining machines.
Earlier we reported that the SMM OSCE installed a new surveillance camera on Maryinka checkpoint, Donetsk region.
“Installing the new technical surveillance device of the SMM OSCE will facilitate effective round-the-clock monitoring of the cease-fire, which is violated by the militants of certain parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions,” the message says.
Ukrainian side in the JCCC contributed to the installation of the camera.
