Access of the OSCE mission to all three disengagement areas in Donbas is still limited. This was stated in the report of the observers on Facebook.

However, observers can carry out partial monitoring.

On Petrovske/Bohdanivka area, the Armed Forces of Ukraine,“LPR” and “DPR” can not guarantee the security of the OSCE SMM, the site has not been demined yet.

The OSCE has once again urged to ensure safe and unhindered access for the Special Monitoring Mission and coordinate demining process.

Earlier, near Stanytsya Luhanska, disengagement of parties did not take place due to the ongoing attacks by militants.
