OSCE records Minsk-banned military equipment in occupied Donbas

Equipment and armament are recorded on the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, which is a violation of Minsk Agreements, as the press office of OSCE has reported.

OSCE Special Monitoring Missio (SMM) stated that on July 10, armament, which was located with violation of the withdrawal line, was recorded on the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

On July 5, seven multiple rocket launchers were revealed near Miusynsk. One 9K35 Strela-10, a short-range surface-to-air missile system was recorded by SMM UAV near Kadiivka on July 7. Besides, on July 8, Mission’s observers recorded one T-72 tank near Vuhlehirsk.

“OSCE SMM recorded enemy’s arms deployed on the withdrawal lines but beyond the designed arms storage facilities. On July 5, ten tanks, ten self-propelled and twelve howitzers were recorded. On July 8, in Luhansk sector, one tank was observed,” OSCE reported.

At the same time, 18 armored combat vehicles were recorded on the temporarily occupied territory. In particular, on July 7, SMM revealed one BTR-80 and four MT-LB were recorded in a residential district in Kadiivka. On July 8, 11 BMP-1 and two MT-LB were found.

As it was reported, on June 5 new agreements on the separation of forces in Stanytsia Luhanska and on ceasefire were signed.
