287 violations of the silence regime were recorded in Donbas on Monday, November 21st. The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine stated that in the daily report.

In the Donetsk region, the mission recorded 223 ceasefire violations, including 59 explosions (two explosions in the air, three from the original fire and 54 of unknown origin). Most of the violations occurred in areas to the north of Shyrokyne and to the west of Horlivka.

In Luhansk region, the mission recorded 64 ceasefire violations, including 37 explosions of unknown origin. Most of the violations occurred in the areas to the east and southwest of the breeding area near Zolote.

As it was reported earlier, Donbas militants violated the ceasefire seven times on November 22, using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. Two Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in the shelling.

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine had no plans to conduct offensive military operations in Donbas and was working to restore the "Normandy format" for a peaceful solution of the conflict.
