During Friday, March 12, the OSCE SMM recorded 281 violations of the ceasefire in Donbas. In particular, 79 violations were recorded in the Donetsk region, 202 in the Luhansk region. This is stated in a daily report published by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine.
For example, in the Donetsk region, the SMM documented 79 ceasefire violations, including 23 explosions of undetermined origin, most of which occurred in areas south-east of the Krasnogorivka asettlement. .
In Luhansk region, the Mission recorded 202 ceasefire violations, including 182 explosions of undetermined origin. Most of these violations occurred in the northern and southwestern directions from the Zolote, as well as in the area southeast of the Opytne settlement.
The OSCE added that after the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on July 22, 2020, at which an agreement was reached on additional measures to strengthen the ceasefire, starting from 00:01 on July 27 and until the end of the reporting period, the SMM recorded at least 12,155 violations of the ceasefire fire in Donetsk and Luhansk regions (including 4409 explosions).
During Thursday, March 11, the OSCE SMM recorded 27 violations. In particular, 13 violations were recorded in the Donetsk region, and 14 in the Luhansk region.
