OSCE observes 110 explosions in Donbas on January 30

January 30, the OSCE spotted about 110 explosions in Donbas combat area. This is mentioned in the daily report of the organization.

Most of the blasts, 70, thundered in Donetsk region. "Most of the ceasefire violations, including explosions were observed in the areas towards the east of Svitlodarsk settlement", reads the message.

The Organization's mission observed another 40 explosions in Luhansk region - most of them to the northwest from Stepove, as well as to the north and to the northeast from Berezivske", the report said.

Over the last weekend, the OSCE reported some 200 exposions in Donbas. Most of them, namely 140 explosions took place in Luhansk region.

As we reported earlier, since April 2014, pyrotechnic units of the State Service for Emergency Situations seized and destroyed almost 34 000  explosive items in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. According to the orders of the Joint Forces Operation Commander, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Situations Department carried out work on cleaning up terrain from explosive objects, as well as life support facilities and infrastructure, escorted emergency crews of communal enterprises during repair and maintenance work at electric and water supply facilities.
