OSCE observers reported eleven T-64 tanks during an unmanned observation flight in the Luhansk region of Donbas. This is reported by the JFO HQ.

The tank was spotted near the village of Luhutynne. Observers also found a 2C5 Hyacinth C 152-mm self-propelled howitzer.

"Also, the HQ notes that the invaders continue to build up minefields in close proximity to the Petrovske site of forces and means division," the report said.

OSCE also complained that militants disrupted observation flights by firing small arms drones.

Russia has a stake in the peaceful settlement of the Donbas conflict, as TASS reported citing Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Russia Dmitriy Kozak.

Kozak commented on the statement of the former prime minister of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Aleksandr Borodai that DPR and LPR can become the part of Russia soon:

“It is the opinion only of the authors of these statements. At the state level, we have never put this question. We still are holding out hope for a peaceful political settlement of the conflict. We have a stake in it”.

Moreover, the deputy of the administration of the president noted that the frozen conflict in Donbas is also “not in the interests of Russia”.
