Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office in Ukraine Heidi Grau said that the number of victims of the conflict in Donbas had increased significantly in the past two weeks, reports.

"It is alarming to see tensions rising on the collision line and a significant increase in the number of casualties. Yes, in the past two weeks, the number has reached nine, which is more than a third of civilian casualties this year. This is absolutely unacceptable," Grau told reporters in Minsk following the results of a regular round of negotiations on settlement of the conflict in Donbas.
