The OSCE mission reported fewer violations of the silence regime in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, but at the same time there has been a violation of the ceasefire in the area of the dilusion of forces and means near the Zolote settlement. This is stated in the mission report of March 18.

According to the OSCE, about 540 explosions were registered in the Donetsk region compared to the previous reporting period (about 700 explosions), in the Luhansk region - 14 explosions (in the previous reporting period - about 360).

Also, OSCE employees report limited access to sites on the demarcation line, where the breeding of forces and means should take place - in Stanitsa Luganska, Zolote and Petrovske.

"The OSCE SMM camera recorded violations of the ceasefire in the Zolote settlement, and the mission also saw anti-tank mines in the government-controlled areas near this area  and heard an explosion estimated as artillery," the report said.
