The OSCE observation mission reported 110 explosions in Donbass for the period from 19:30 on March 29 to 19:30 on March 31. This is stated in the organization's report of March 31.

"SMM stated a similar level of violations of the ceasefire in Donetsk region, if compared with the previous reporting period, but the number of explosions was less (approximately 110 against 245, respectively)," the observers said.

"In the Luhansk region, the Mission noted a decrease in the number of violations of the ceasefire (without noting a single explosion), compared with the previous reporting period, when about 35 explosions were reported," the OSCE reported.

"On March 30, in areas beyond the control of the government, three unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the SMM were fired: the Mission team launched a mini UAV 3 kilometers south-west of the central railway station in Donetsk.

When the UAV flew over this area, the observers heard 3 shots from small arms about 500 meters south-west of their position. According to the SMM, the shots were fired in the direction of UAV, which successfully landed, "the report says.
