The first working meeting of Serhiy Nayev, Joint Forces Commander, and OSCE SMM headed by Oleksandr Hug was held, as Joint Forces Operation HQ reported on Facebook.
“At the meeting, the Joint Forces Commander emphasized the fact that the enemy bans OSCE patrols to visit Novoazovsk, Zayichenko, Verhnioshyrokivske regions in Mariupol sector, Leonove and Izvaryne near the border with Russia, where the occupants hide their activities,” the message says.
According to Nayev, the enemy increased the usage of heavy weapons against the Joint Forces units since early September. The usage of mortars has decreased.
The parties discussed further steps concerning works on the restoration of significant objects, which was possible due to the ceasefire in Donetsk and Mariupol sectors.
Earlier, OSCE representative visited Ukrainian hostages in Donetsk prison. He met with six prisoners without witnesses.
