SMM OSCE

The OSCE SMM stated that they did not come to monitor the repair work at the Donetsk filtering station and power lines in the Avdiivka area, because the parties did not provide access to the area. This is stated in the response of the OSCE, Ukrainska Pravda reports.

"The SMM did not send a patrol to the area because of permanent violations of the ceasefire regime registered by the mission. SMM is ready to promote compliance with the ceasefire so that repairs can be carried out, but the parties refused to give us access to this area," the message says.

Let us remind that that due to damage to power lines, the Donetsk filtering station was de-energized. Due to the de-energization of the filtering station Avdiivka remained without water.
