In the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region in the Manych area near the border with the Russian Federation, the OSCE UAV again recorded columns of militants' military trucks. This is reported by the Ukrainian side of the Joint Coordination and Control Center with reference to the OSCE SMM report published on October 13.
Thus, according to the report, the drone again spotted columns of military trucks, one of which was composed of seven KamAZ trucks, four Urals, and MT-LB on the trawl, and the other one consisted of two KamAZ trucks and two Urals.
"This is just one of many facts recorded by international observers confirming the continuous movement of weapons in both directions on the Russian-Ukrainian border controlled by the occupiers," the report said.
Also they reported on the systematic obstacles to activities of international observers from the side of armed forces of the Russian Federation. According to the report, the militants banned mission representatives from traveling for monitoring in Sedov, Novoazovsk, and Voznesenivka. In addition, in Boikivske, the staff of the local hospital refused to give information to the OSCE SMM about the affected civilian population without permission from the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
"A similar refusal was received by international observers from the school authorities in Chornukhino. This is an obvious indicator of how intimidated the population of the temporarily occupied territories is," the report says.
The mission had previously recorded columns of trucks with covered cargo compartments, which drove into the territory of Ukraine and out of it. In August of this year, the OSCE drone fixed the movement of a cargo convoy from the Russian Federation in Donbas.
Also on October 10, the OSCE SMM recorded a convoy of trucks that drove along a road in an uncontrolled area of Donetsk region, there were no border checkpoints there.
