Chair of the OSCE and Foreign Minister of Sweden Ann Linde has urged Russian militants to open all checkpoints in Donbas on her Twitter.
“Concerned about recent reports of casualties in eastern Ukraine. Vital to consolidate and build on ceasefire to ease humanitarian situation. Welcome that aid convoy could cross in Shchastya on Monday. Need to open all crossing points on both sides also for civilians,” the message says.

As we reported, the illegal armed formations introduce the permits for crossing of entry-exit checkpoints in Donbas.
The occupant administration of temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk region plans to pass the so-called law of "Donetsk People's Republic" about "certain matters of the crossing of the temporary line of the actual division of law enforcement agencies of DPR and Ukraine.
Besides, the "law" foresees that the crossing of division line during the entry or exit of individuals and vehicles will be allowed if people carry the permit issued by the "bodies of internal affairs" of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic".
The documents will be issued for individuals over 18 years old; they will be eligible for six months. The obligatory requirements will be fingerprint registration, photo and the check of cellphones of those who appeal for the IDs. A driver will also have to get an ID for the vehicle.
