Only the armed presence of the OSCE mission in the zone of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) will protect the silence regime in Donbas. Such an opinion on the TV channel "112 Ukraine" was expressed by Chairman of the Donetsk administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky.

"Last week I met with the head of OSCE Mission Mr. Apakan, we discussed these issues, and the key was the following: in order to secure the silence mode on the demarcation line, in fact, there should be armed OSCE mission, and only then we can say that a quiet mode will be preserved ", - he said.
