Nine attacks on Ukrainian positions were reported over Thursday; on five occasions, the enemy used Minsk-banned weapons. Russian mercenaries attacked Ukrainian positions in the areas of Krymske, Volny, Luhanske, Avdiivka, Chermalyk, Hnutove, Vodyane and Taramchuk.
One of the Ukrainian fighters, Serhiy Prodanyuk went missing in action; search actions are underway.
Earlier, on November 26, the militants shelled the positions of the Joint Forces of Ukraine six times, which led to the injuring of two Ukrainian servicemen. The press office of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) reported on Facebook.
‘The occupiers shelled our strongholds in the areas of Malynove, Pivdenne, and Krasnohorivka using grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. Besides, the enemy used 82mm mortars near Vilny, Opytne, and Hnutove. The Russian occupiers fired 120mm mortars in the area of Malynove, which is close to Stanytsia Luhanska,’ the headquarters reported.
