One Ukrainian serviceman dies in Donbas over 24 hours

Another two sustained combat wounds

Since Tuesday morning, Russian mercenaries attacked Ukrainian positions in Donbas 34 times. That resulted in casualties among the Ukrainian forces, as one Ukrainian serviceman deceased, and another two more were wounded. The Joint Forces Operation HQ reported this on Facebook. 

On eight occasions, the militants used Minsk-banned weapons, namely the 82 and 120 mm mortars. They also opened fire from IFVs, grenade launchers, heavy machineguns, and small arms.

The occupants attacked Ukrainian outposts in the areas of Stanytsia Luhanska, Krymske, Novotoshkivske, Orikhove, Katerynivka, Novozvanivka, Luhanske, Verkhnyotoretske, Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Novotroitske, Bohdanivka, Starohnativka, Chermalyk, Pavlopol, Hnutove, Vodyane, Lebedynske, and Shyrokyne.  

Mortar strikes were observed in Orikhove, Krymske, Novotoshkivske, Luhanske, Starohnativka, and Lebedynske.

The Ukrainian intelligence states that three Russian occupants were killed, and three more sustained wounds in combat.
