Since the beginning of the day, July 6, pro-Kremlin militants breached the ceasefire in Donbas six times, using artillery, mortars an grenade launchers. One Ukrainian military man was wounded in combat, Defense Ministry reported.

"In Luhansk region, mercenaries opened fire twice on outposts of the Joint Forces near Novhorodske; in the night time, they fired 20 artillery shells of 122 mm, and in the morning (...) 120 mm mines exploded on positions of our troops in the area of Zaitsevo and Pivdenne. After 6 a.m., the enemy spent almost half an hour, attacking servicemen of Armed Forces of Ukraine from stationary anti-tank and automatic grenade launchers, and heavy machine guns, as the servicemen carry out combat missions near Khutir Vilny", reads the message.

In Donetsk region, the enemy used automatic grenade launchers and 120 mm mortars to attack positions near Verkhnyotoretske.

One Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in action. He is now at a hospital; his current health conditions are satisfactory.

On July 5, Russian mercenaries attacked Ukrainian positions eight times, using mortars, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. None of Ukrainian servicemen were killed or wounded in these attacks.
