The delegation of National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) headed by Oleksandr Danylyuk, visited Joint Forces Operation area on July 12, as the press office of Joint Forces Operation reported.

“Overview of the situation on the demarcation line was the aim of the visit, along with the assessment of possible threats, which Ukrainian defenders and civil society of Donetsk and Luhansk regions face,” the message reads.

During the visit, NSDC members heard a report of the Joint Forces of Lieutenant General Oleksandr Syrsky on the general situation. Then, the members of the working group visited forefront of our soldiers near Avdiivka and went to Pryazovia, where they examined the state of affairs in the military units, which perform military tasks on the demarcation line.

“Besides, the officials of Ukraine’s National Defence and Security Council examined the issues in the work of one of the checkpoints,” the JFO informed. The checkpoint was not specified.

As it was reported, on June 12, militants violated ceasefire seven times. Russian occupation troops attacked at Novogorodske and Zaitseve. Illegal armed formation were conducting fire near Luhanske, Novoluhanske, Vodyane, Avdiivka and Starohnativka.

No war casualties reported.
