Foreign ministers of Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia, the members of the Normandy Four, will discuss the results of talks of Minsk Trilateral Group members on March 2. Specifically, they are to discuss security matters in eastern Ukraine, such as defusing landmines and banning military drills near the division line in Donbas.
The negotiations between the Normandy Four foreign ministers are to take place tonight in Paris. The joint press conference is slated for 11 p.m. local time.
As 112 International reported, by the estimates of the CIA, more than 400 Ukrainian soldiers died in Donbas since the Minsk II deal was signed in early 2015.
