Kyiv's representatives have cancelled agreements about sharing information on the wanted individuals with the so-called Luhansk People's Republic (LNR). This resulted in a delay of possible prisoners exchange for an unknown period of time. Olga Kobtseva, the leader of LNR workgroup for exchange of prisoners specified that the OSCE humanitarian group coorinator Tony Frisch offered to determine information on the wanted persons by four categories, and specified the date and time of sharing information about these people.
According to Kobtseva, in his turn, Oleksiy Reznikov, First Deputy Head of Ukraine's delegation in Minsk trilateral contact group annulled the agreements about sharing information on the wanted individuals.
