The investigation team found out that since 2014, when the conflict began, three citizens of Kyrgyzstan, five citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and seven citizens of Brazil participated in the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, siding with pro-Kremlin illegal armed gangs.
The Office explained that the foreign citizens served with various Russian units, including Wagner private military company.
