On July 9, Russian armed gangs launched 27 attacks on Ukrainian positions in Donbas combat area. The Joint Forces Operation HQ reported that on Facebook.
In Donetsk region, the enemy opened fire in Shyrokyne, Lomakyno, Vodyane, Novomykhailivka, Pisky, Novotroitske, Krasnohorivka, Pischchevik and Chermalyk.
In Luhansk region, skirmishes took place in Travneve, Novolohanske, Zaitsevo, Shumy and Novhorodske.
The occupant forces used Minsk-banned kinds of weaponry, such as 122 mm artillery and mortars. The enemy troops also fired small arms, heavy machine guns, grenade launchers and IFV armament.
Ukrainian government forces took casualties over the said period; nine servicemen were wounded in combat. Three Russian occupants were killed and another three injured over the day.
