‘It’s not about weak and uncontained groups of militants. There’s a certain military hierarchy with clearly determined systems of command and control. Russia actually plans to create the third army corps, which is to be shaped of the regular servicemen of their military’. Viktor Muzhenko, Chief of the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, said this during the interview with The Times.
According to him, the Kremlin sends more manpower to Ukraine, as thousands of Russian servicemen head for the occupied Crimea "and eastern Ukraine.
