‘The problem is that OSCE’s position – well, at least, that of OSCE SMM – is not really objective. The mission is biased in favor of Russia. They still don’t see any Russian troops; they still do not understand where militants get their weapons and the rest of stuff from,’ Ivan Vynnyk, the MP from Petro Poroshenko’s Bloc, said in the commentary to 112 Ukraine TV channel.
According to him, the Russian mercenaries are not likely to stop attacking Ukrainian positions in Donbas, even though the disengagement agreement is now effective.
