On April 26, the Belarusian capital will host the session of Minsk talks group. Traditionally, the work will start with the meetings of three subgroups – on political, economic and humanitarian; the security subgroup will not be working today.
The parties will discuss security guarantees and access for OSCE observers across the combat area, due to the recent landmine accident in Luhansk region, which claimed life of a U.S. medic, the member of OSCE SMM in Ukraine.
The sides will also talk through release and exchange of POWs and the impact of economic blockade of Donbas on the economy.
The very group will be holding a session later today.
