The main round of negotiations of the Group will kick off at 2 a.m. OSCE’s representative Martin Sajdik will moderate the meeting, which is to rake place behind the closed doors.

The sides will talk through opening of Zolote checkpoint in Luhansk region and POW release, as well as proper work of seven security zones across the war-torn Donbas. Bringing the OSCE armed mission to Donbas, the opportunities to hold local elections in the region and the Red Cross’s access to the illegally detained persons will be discussed, too.
