‘The sides are expected to go back to the issues they couldn’t have settled before, during the previous sessions. Specifically, the political subgroup will once again discuss opportunities of local election in the occupied areas of Donbas, amnesty for participants of military actions and, generally speaking, the road map of fulfilling Minsk agreements. The humanitarian subgroup will talk through releasing POWs and those illegally held captive’, said Valeriy Kalynovsky, the reporter of 112 Ukraine TV channel.
