The maintenance works began on the Siversky Donets-Donbas, the vital water supply pipeline. A local news agency reported that.

"The restoration works on the Siversky Donets-Donbas water pipeline began in (...) Horlivka today morning", reads the message.

On Wednesday morning, Russian mercenaries damaged the pipeline, in particular, the sections, where the diameter of the pipeline made 2,300 and 2,100 mm. The attack on this object led to severe cuts in water supply volumes in the occupied part of Donetsk region.
