A wounded army medic died as a result of the shelling of the ambulance near Vodyane in Donbas as the Joint Forces Operation Headquarters reported on Facebook.
“An army doctor, wounded during the shelling of the Hummer by militants from anti-tank guided missile near Vodyane, died from the wounds,” the message said.
As we reported, militants attacked an ambulance of one of the Joint Forces units. One soldier died, two more sustained wounds after an anti-tank guided missile hit the vehicle.
Besides, pro-Kremlin militants got their ammunition stock on fire in Donetsk region. The shells that the armed gangs used to shell Shyrokyne and Berdyanske caught fire and detonated. The fire occurred June 30, as the dry grass caught fire, causing the ammunition stock to explode. The wind brought the flame to the emplacements of the Ukrainian military; it took the servicemen almost 10 hours to extinguish the fire that endangered the inhabited localities near Berdyanske.
The Ukrainian military does not rule out that there could be arson.
