Russian-backed militants violate silence regime three times in Donbas

The illegal armed formation violated silence regime three times in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) zone, December 3. The press office of the JFO HQ reported on Facebook. 

‘Over the current day, the Russian occupation forces violated ceasefire regime three times. The rival continues using the weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements. No casualties among the personnel of the Joint Forces over the day were not observed,’ reads the report.

The enemy opened aimed fire using automatic grenade launchers at the positions of the Joint Forces in the area of Vodiane settlement, Donetsk. The militants performed fires at the strongholds of the Ukranian forces near Krymske settlement using 82mm mortars and anti-tank grenade launchers near Troitske.  

‘The situation in the JFO zone remains controlled by the Ukrainian military,’ the HQ noted. 

Armed Forces of Ukraine calls to active duty the immediate reserve forces due to the introduction of martial law in the country.
