Operative situation in Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) zone in Eastern Ukraine has not changed a lot. Russia-backed occupation forces continue to violate ceasefire agreement. However, armed provocations were only recorded in Luhansk and Donetsk directions. 5 attacks on Ukrainian positions were recorded overall. Ukrainian fighters did not respond to enemy attacks and did not open fire due to low intensity of enemy activity. No Ukrainian soldiers were hurt in the last 24 hours. This was reported by ATO HQ on Facebook.
In Donetsk direction, 2 enemy attacks were reported. Occupants fired heavy machine guns at one of Ukrainian strongholds near Kamianka. Militants also attacked Ukrainian fighters at Svitlodarsk arc. Invaders used anti-tank grenade launchers of various modifications to attack Ukrainian defenses near Luhanske.
In Luhansk direction, Russia-backed groups violated ceasefire three times. Firstly, occupants launched several 82 mm mines at positions near Zhovte. Enemy snipers became active soon enough. Particularly, they were targeting military officers of Ukrainian Armed Forces defending Popasna. Fire was also opened near Novotoshkivske.
