The so-called “DNR" militants’ leader Alexander Zakharchenko declares the need to impose emergency state in uncontrolled by Ukraine territory of Donbas and to prohibit the activities of any party, reports Interfax.

The term for such “emergency state” is three years, according to him.

“To avoid chaos, we propose to introduce a state of emergency for three years, during this time the activities of any parties will be banned, at the same time, investigations will be launched on crimes in Odesa, on Maidan, in Donbas with the involvement of the international community. This decision has matured for a long time, but everything has its time, and today we are offering the option that will stop the war,” Zakharchenko said.

As it was reported earlier three informers of Russia-backed militants were detained in Donetsk region. Malefactors can receive five years of imprisonment.
