Militants to block work of Olenivka checkpoint on September 17, 24

The pro-Russian militants will block the admission of people and transport through Olenivka checkpoint near Donetsk on September 17 and September 24 as the interstate operation headquarters of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

“The interstate operation headquarters on prevention of import and spread of the new coronavirus infection caused by 2019-nCoV in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic reports that due to the technical reasons, on September 17 and September 24, the Olenivka checkpoint will not hold admission of the citizens and vehicles for entrance and exit,” the message says.

As we reported, Russia's refusal to prolong the mandate of the OSCE mission on the border with occupied territories of Donbas is the sign of deliberate sabotage of Minsk agreements.
