Russia-backed militants took new positions in the gray zone near Pisky village. This was reported by the press service of Donetsk Tactical Group.

"Russian occupation forces continue to disregard the Minsk agreements, and recently our paratroopers foiled another attempt to move forward: the intruders partially occupied new positions in the gray zone near the village of Pisky, near the temporarily occupied Ukrainian Donetsk," the message says.

It is reported that the militants first opened fire from small arms. Further, the enemy used artillery, under the cover of which the terrorists went on the offensive. Ukrainian paratroopers fired from small arms and grenade launchers. Entering the gray zone, the enemy units felt strong resistance and stopped - another aggressive attack was stopped.

According to the defenders, now the militants actively carry out engineering works and equip their positions.
