Since April 30, 2018, when Joint Forces Operation was launched in Donbas, 450 pro-Russian militants were eliminated, as Serhiy Nayev, the Joint Forces Commander, said in an interview for Interfax.

“According to our intelligence, since the Joint Forces Operation began, the enemy sustained 450 casualties and around 850 injured. Besides, 28 items of military equipment were destroyed,” he stated.

In this regard, he noted that the Ukrainian military involved in the Joint Forces Operation will give an adequate response to each attack the occupants perform, as usual.

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree “On the beginning of the Joint Forces Operation to ensure national security and defence, counter and impede Russian armed aggression in Donetsk and Luhansk regions” on April 30, 2018. According to the document, the Joint Forces Operation began at 2 pm on April 30, 2018.
