At around 7:20 pm yesterday the Donetsk filtration plant was shut down, as representatives of the Joint Centre for Control and Cooperation (JCCC) inform.

“The shutdown of the Donetsk filtration plant on July 22 is yet another provocation by militants,” the Ukrainian side of the JCCC says.

It is noted, that the plant employees informed Ukrainian representatives of the JCCC about the shutdown, and in 20 minutes the terrorists claimed that the Ukrainian army started shelling, and this resulted in the plant’s power line being damaged.

The JCCC also informed that on July 21, when a group of experts was measuring the amount of repairs needed for South-Donbas pumping station, militants blew up a previously planted mine to look like it’s the Ukrainian army shelling.

“The Donetsk filtration plant, that supplies almost 600 thousand people with water, yet again became a speculation object for militants, in order to discredit the Ukrainian Armed Forces, create tension on the front line, and jeopardize truce,” the JCCC emphasized.
