The mobile group of the Ukrainian side of the Joint Coordination and Control Center took photos of the consequences of the shelling.
As a result of the grenade explosion, the rooftops and windows of the houses were broken, the walls and the fence of a residential building were damaged.
On the road next to the building, the military fixed a funnel. According to their assessment, it appeared as a result of another grenade explosion.
Russian occupation forces have once again demonstrated disregard for the Minsk agreements and a bold attitude towards the civilian population.
"We will strive to peace, we have no other way out. We really want to receive help, because we are a young democracy," Rabinovich said.
He also asked Goulet to suggest the best way to implement and promote this plan in Europe and Ukraine.
"You are a stronghold of democracy. The next step, we want to make a number of colleagues in different countries acquainted with this plan. We want to meet later, maybe in Brussels, maybe in Strasbourg, to ask why there is no peace, if there is a peace plan? This is a plan, but there is a dream. There would be a dream if such people who are known in Europe like you, led this process, would help us to achieve peace. I want you to tell us how can we promote this plan in Europe, including towards the Ukrainian government," Rabinovich said.
