Militants violated the ceasefire regime 30 times during the past 24 hours, twice from 120 mm artillery, seven times – mortars. This was reported by the ATO headquarters press service in Facebbok.

In particular, in Mariupol area, the enemy hit twice Ukrainian positions in Vodyane from 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers and APC weaponry.

"At about 23:00, the enemy shelled from 122 mm artillery and at the same time used 122 mm artillery in Lebedynske area. In addition, militants used small arms near Shyrokyne and Pavlopil at night," the report said.

Avdiivka remains epicenter of confrontation in Donetsk area.

"From 18:00 until midnight, from several directions, illegal armed forces shelled 6 times from grenade launchers and small arms on the southern outskirts of the city. In response, ATO forces also opened fire, "the headquarters report.

As for the Luhansk area, Ukrainian positions in Krymske, Katerynivka and Troitske were shelled from mortars. Novooleksandrivka and Novozvanivka were hit from grenade launchers.

"Next fact of conflict escalation was yesterday's shelling of civilians’ houses in Vodyane. At about 22:00, the occupants shelled at least 6 minutes from 120 mm caliber," the ATO HQ noted.

The enemy twice used 122 mm caliber artillery and 7 times – mortars in just 24 hours. ATO forces shelled 18 times fast and accurately to stop the enemy shelling. As a result of the fire, there are no losses among the Ukrainian Army.

As it was reported earlier militants minimized provocations on Wednesday, 5 shellings were recorded. The enemy used mortars and small arms.
