The pro-Russian militants of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) shelled the private housing of Popasna as the press service of the National Police of Luhansk region reported.
'The household outbuildings were damaged, the windows at the Popasna police station were broken and the power lines were damaged due to the attack. 128 housed remained without electricity but it was restored by the workers of the repair team', the police noted.
Yury Klymenko, the Deputy Chairman of Luhansk Regional Military City Administration reported to 112 Ukraine that 10-years old girl got a minor injury by a glass fragment. No more casualties reported.
The military and OSCE observers worked at the scene.
